When your parcel arrives at our facility, we hold it for a maximum of 180 days, free of charge, until you are ready to ship it.

During this period, you have the flexibility to make any necessary arrangements and prepare for shipping, without worrying about additional storage fees. However, if you do not submit your shipping request or provide us with any feedback within 180 days, we will assume that you have chosen to give up on your order. In such cases, we reserve the right to dispose of your parcel without further notice.

Please be assured that we take the security and privacy of your parcels seriously, and we will dispose of them in a responsible and secure manner, in accordance with our internal policies. While we will make every effort to contact you before disposing of your parcel, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reach you.
