Inspection Scope of the Shopping Agent Service:

1. The inspection provided by the shopping agent service includes checking the appearance of goods upon arrival at the Basetao warehouse. Professional quality inspectors will assess the color, visible damage, stains, size, model, and version number. However, differences in color and actual size are not included in the inspection scope.

2. For electronic and digital products, the inspection is limited to external appearance only. It does not include checking the completeness of accessories or powering on the device. (Arrival photos will be provided for your confirmation.) Therefore, any functional issues are not covered under the insurance policy.

3. If you are dissatisfied with the inspection results, you may request after-sales support.

Please Note:

1. Color discrepancies, sizing errors, and user experience are not covered by the inspection, especially for special items such as electronics. These products are only visually inspected; no functionality tests are performed.

2. If certain information cannot be verified - such as the absence of visible damage or stains - it will be assumed that you have reached an agreement with the seller.

3. If the items are deemed unsuitable for shipping upon arrival, a special note will be added to the order to remind you to arrange return or exchange services.
