Then, find a product that you want to purchase. You can find it on platforms like Taobao, Weidian, or through our Discord channel. Please input the genuine webpage URL of the item in the search field. URLs translated by Google will not be identified.

The search bar looks like this, it can be found at the top of the website:

Once you have pasted an item url into the search bar you will be taken to the next page:

Here you choose, for example, the size, color and quantity you want to order. Once you fill it out, click "Add to cart."
Please note:
In case certain information cannot be obtained, kindly input them manually. If needed, please include any relevant details about the item such as color, size, etc. If the picture is not visible, there is no need to worry as it will not impact the purchase process.

Please note that the search bar does not function for orders from platforms such as WeChat, Yupoo, 1688.com, Weidian, or other websites. For these orders, please utilize the self-help order function to proceed with the purchase.

Next, go to your shopping cart (located at the top right of your screen). Select the items you want to check out and click "Check out".
The icons on the right have the following functions:
Click to add this item to your favourite items.
Click to change the size, color or quantity for the order (you can also add a note on the page).
Click to remove the item from your shopping cart.

Once you clicked "Check out", you will be redirected to the confirm page. Check your order, then click "Pay".
Please ensure that your account has enough balance. If it is insufficient, add balance to your account.
If you do not require unnecessary packaging, please select the "remove packaging" option. After the item is purchased, the order status will change to "ordered". Once it arrives at the Basetao warehouse, the status will be updated to "arrived". At this point, you can proceed to submit a shipment request for delivery to your residence.

Once your order(s) have reached our warehouse, you can proceed with shipping. Please navigate to the "Arrived orders" section to initiate the shipment for your order(s).
Select the order(s) you want to ship here and click "Ship."
Next, you will be directed to the following page, where you can select your preferred shipping method, add any desired extras, and choose the desired insurance option. Once you have made your selections, click on "Submit to ship" to generate your package.
