What is our insurance policy?

When using our 'buy for me' service, you have the option to purchase insurance for your parcel. We charge a low fee of 2% for basic insurance and 4% for full insurance, based on the total cost of your parcel. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for your parcel when submitting it for shipping. By purchasing insurance, your parcel is guaranteed the following benefits:

  • If your parcel cannot be delivered to you within 2.5 months with no updated tracking information in normal circumstances or a maximum of 4.5 months (180 days for SAL) due to peak season, we will consider the parcel lost and provide you with a full refund of the shipping fee, service fee, and half of the value of the parcel (full refund for fully insured parcels).
  • In the event that you receive your parcel and find any broken items, we will fully refund the cost of the broken items after we have checked and confirmed the issue.In the event that you receive your parcel and find any broken items,we will fully refund the cost of the broken items after we have checked and confirmed the issue(basetao has the right to ask the package to be sent back).
  • Similarly, if you find any items missing from your parcel upon receipt, we will fully refund the cost of those items after we have verified the issue.
  • If any items in your parcel are different from the ones you saw in the QC picture taken in the Basetao warehouse, we will fully refund the cost of those items after we have checked and confirmed the issue.
  • If your parcel encounters any custom issues in China, we will refund the shipping fee, service fee, and half of the value of the parcel (full refund for fully insured parcels).
  • In the event that your parcel encounters any custom issues in your country, we will refund the shipping fee, service fee, and 1/3 of the value of the parcel (full refund for fully insured parcels).

We understand that unexpected events can happen during shipping, and we want to ensure that you have complete peace of mind when using our service. Our insurance options are designed to protect your investment and provide you with the best possible service. This policy is only suit for buy for me orders , for ship for me order ,the highest insurance amount is 200RMB .

Import duties,taxes and other charges fee are not under this insurance policy.These fees ,if occur when the parcel entering into your country's customs,should be burden on your side. The only thing we can do to avoid such fees for you is to declare your parcel as a personal gift with low value or feel free to tell us how you like us to describe your parcel.

When your parcel comes with damage in the post,please do not take the parcel before confirming there are no missing items or damaged items , if you find any missing items or damaged items ,please refuse to take the parcel and report us the issue ,we will contact our post to check it and find a solution.

If your order with any problem please contact us within 7 days when you get the parcel ,if over 7 days,we shall take no responsibility for the problem.
