Step 2: Add desired items to cart.

Note:

• If some information cannot be retrieved, please enter them manually.

• The search bar is not working for orders from wechat,yupoo ,1688.com ,weidian or other website.For these orders ,please use the self help order function to make the order .

Step 3: Pay for the desired items.

• Go to "my shopping cart", select the items you want to pay for. Then click the "check out" button.

Note:

• Click to cancel this order before you pay.
• Click to make a note about the item.
• Click to change the size,color for the order you have selected.
• Click to add this order to your list of favorite items.

Step 4: Confirm to pay.

Click "pay now" button to pay the order .

Note:

1. If your balance is not enough for the orders ,please recharge your account first.
2. If you do not need the unnecessary packing ,please choose"remove packaging" option.
3. Once the item is purchased ,the status of the order will be turn to "ordered",and when it comes to basetao warehouse ,it will be turn to "arrived", by this status ,you can submit to ship it to your house .

Send a parcel

Step 5: Select the items you would like to ship together in one parcel, and click "Submit to ship."

1. Go to "Arrived" and select the items you want to send in one parcel .

Note: If you are a NEW USER, please click "Address records," fill out the information shown below, then click "Add."

2. Once we have your address, choose the Delivery Method.

3. Once you have chosen the delivery method you are ready for payment.

Note:

• If you have special requests for your parcel, please make a note about it .
• If your account does not have enough money when you click "submit to ship", please recharge your balance .

Step 6: Once you have submitted to ship your parcel ,please go to "my parcel--pending"to view the parcel details.
