If any problem for your orders, please leave a note on the order directly first , if there is no answer from the purchasing team more than 24hours(except holidays) ,you can send us email about the problem . Normally the sellers accept returning or chaning within 7 days from the day we receive the parcel ,after checking the QC picture , if you want to change or return the product ,please inform us asap within 7 days from the day we received the parcel .

About parcels:
